YMA Edge should collect only information needed to provide accounts, subscriptions, support and service security. Payment details are handled by the approved payment provider rather than stored directly by YMA Edge.
Service providers may process technical information required to operate the platform, including hosting, analytics, messaging and odds data. Customer information should not be sold.
Customers may request access to or correction of personal information held about them, subject to applicable New Zealand privacy law.
